Common Challenges
Color deviation and yellowing after curing, especially in white and light-colored artificial stone panels
Poor filler wetting and segregation during mixing leads to surface pinholes and non-uniform patterns
Excessive volumetric shrinkage causes dimensional inaccuracy and edge cracking in finished slabs
Insufficient heat distortion resistance limits use in high-temperature applications like kitchen countertops
Our Solution
Aertuo's artificial stone and casting resin series features controlled shrinkage (typically 0.2–0.5%), excellent color stability, and optimized viscosity for high filler loading up to 75 wt%. Choose from general-purpose casting grades for artificial marble or specialized low-exotherm versions for thick-cast solid surface panels. REACH-compliant formulations available for EU-bound exports.
